Grinding my own flour and corn meal and baking with it has opened my eyes to a new kind of "healthy." It was great being able to use flour that was home-ground, by my own "two hands" (so to speak) using the WonderMill Electronic Grain Mill. It's definitely something I will continue to due as the family strives to live a healthier lifestyle.
