I was excited to share the 3 recipes I selected to try with fresh flour on this blog, and my kids were ecstatic to get to help with the actual wheat grinding process. I am not going to lie, I was VERY nervous, that due to it's coarse nature, the whole wheat flour would make my recipes very dry. Boy, was I wrong! It was the most tender, chewy, incredible, bread we have ever made! I know it's because we started with the whole wheat kernel, that it is safe and natural, and the best flour I can offer my family. Wonder Mill Challenge made it easy for me to earn a Wonder Mill Junior Grain Mill, and I am so thankful for the opportunity and am now a proud new Grain Mill owner. :)
