This method (slow input) worked wonderfully! Chickpeas break up the grain-ie-ness of wheat and they give off a sweet flavor in waffles. This website is my go-to guide for the weary. 😉

The video is very helpful. but my mill seems to get very hot while milling garbonzo. How long should you run the mill at one grinding?

It is very fast and interesting grinder. I want to use it for my study but What is the specific particle size of the flour at bakery, pastry and coarse position? would you please tell me that?
