About Marlene Baird

Marlene Baird is the owner, phootgrapher, and recipe developer at Nosh My Way.

She is a first generation native San Franciscan.  Her parents emigrated from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta. She grew up in San Francisco, California with an older sister and a younger brother.

Her kitchen table is where her family share stories, laugh, and pass bread and wine around the table. They have been known to talk over one another, just to be heard. I guess you can say they are a loud bunch.

Her mother always cooked healthy foods that were traditional Maltese cooking. Olive oil, and bread is a typical Mediterranean menu item, which later became all the rage in restaurants.

She enjoys her family, an occasional glass of champagne, and being spoiled by her hubby. She is passionate about food, and creating healthy and tasty meals. She would love to have enough money to spend on traveling to places all over the world.

She was inspired to share my kitchen creations that she makes for her family and share them as a resource for everyone.

I am loving my new grain mill! It has been such an honor to be a part of this challenge and make my own fresh milled flour at home!
