1-1/4 cup Powdered Milk (I like powdered buttermilk and use that but reg. non-fat powdered milk works just fine too)
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
¼ cup Raw Sugar/Turbinado
2-1/4 cup cold Coconut Oil (or shortening - I had to use shortening this time as I didn't have enough coconut oil and it works just fine if that's what you have on hand)
Instructions
Mill your flour first.
Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cut in oil or shortening with either two knives or a pastry cutter, until mixture crumbles.
Store in an air tight container and keep in a cool place like the freezer.
