Waffle Tostada Dessert

- 2¼ Cups Freshly Milled Oat Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 TBSP Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Cup Egg Beaters
- 1½ Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
- ⅓ Cup Light Vegan Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Topping Suggestions:
- Fruit
- Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
- Fat Free Whip Cream
- Mix dry ingrediants into one bowl
- In another bowl, wisk together eggs, milk, butter and vanilla
- Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry mix, just until blended.
- Pour into your hot waffle iron until cooked through
- Tostadas:
- You can make the tostadas right away or make these from leftovers.
- Place cooked waffle in a panini press until crispy.
- Top with fruit, sugar free caramel sauce or fat free whip cream.
