Lentil Crackers - Gluten Free
 
 
A lentil flour cracker that is gluten free and loaded with protein.

Ingredients
  • 2½ Cups Lentil Flour
  • ⅓ Cup solid fat (butter, Coconut butter, Palm oil)
  • ⅓ Cup plus ¼ Cup water
  • ¼ Cup seed (flax, sesame...)
  • ¼ Cup Onion flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ Cup Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients to make a dough
  2. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough on parchment paper into a thin cracker layer
  3. Slice the flat dough into desired cracker shape and size
  4. Sprinkle with the seed (Flax, sesame...) and press into dough with rolling pin
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown and crisp. My oven took 20 minutes
  6. Remove and cool on a rack.
