Gluten Free Cornbread

You will need:

Freshly ground cornmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.  You also need 1 egg, milk, yogurt, and raw honey.  Pretty easy, right?

Mix it all up and bake it in an 8×8 pan, and you’re good to go.

Gluten Free Cornbread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups coarsely ground cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients until blended. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake for 20 to 30 min.
