Ingredients
  • ½ Cup softened butter
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • ¾ Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Cup of pumpkin puree
  • ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 Cups freshly milled flour
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon ginger
Instructions
  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
