Pumpkindoodle Cookies
- ½ Cup softened butter
- ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Egg
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- ½ Cup of pumpkin puree
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Cups freshly milled flour
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon ginger
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
