Farm fresh eggs and fresh ground flour makes this bread a winner.

We raise chickens which means that we always have plenty of fresh eggs. I love this easy egg bread recipe made in your bread machine that calls for both fresh eggs and freshly ground wheat. The fresh ingredients always assure a light, soft loaf.  My family enjoys this bread as a side when I make soup or chili, or in the summer alongside a salad.

Easy Fresh Egg Bread

2 eggs at room temperature

1 Cup of warm water

1-1/2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

2 Tablespoons sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

3 Tablespoons powdered milk
