Grain Mill Wagon Experience: The hardest part about the Grain Mill Wagon Challenge was that we need to cook (mostly) allergy free. It took a while to figure out some very solid gluten, dairy, and egg free recipes. The mill itself is a breeze to use, and the fresh flour taste far superior to the ones from the store. Plus, it is so much cheaper to grind your own flour, especially if you need gluten free flours.
